Quality controls tests and non destructive tests required by
manufacturing specifications are effected by our qualified personnel
with calibrated and certificated apparatus.
Our personnel are certificated for PT, RT, MT, UT methods according to
SNT-TC-1A for ASME code and CIC PND UNI EN 473 for European Directive
97/23/CE PED.
Our personnel are equipped with:
1 hydraulic testing equipment up to 400 bar.
- Penetrant and fluorescent liquid.
- 1 apparatus for ultrasonic inspection (Krautkramer).
- 1 ultrasonic thickness gauge (Panametrics)
- 1 electric beam for Magnaflux test.
- 1 Wood’s lamp.
- 3 X-ray machines . One of them is panoramic X-ray machine for full
examination of circumference butt welds. Thickness to be examinated
between 3 mm and 55 mm

97/23/CE, ASTHMA, RI.NA, ISPESL and to realize the own products in regimen
of control quality, emergency and guarantee with the homologation second

Il reparto di carpenteria pesante ed in generale per la
lavorazione degli apparecchi in acciaio al carbonio è dotato dei seguenti
macchinari:
- 2 calandre con invito spessore mm. 25 – larghezza
2500 mm.
- 1 cesoia spessore 15 mm. – larghezza 3000 mm.
- 2 saldatrici automatiche in arco sommerso LINCOLN e
FRO 5000 x 6000 x 1000 A.
