Hereinafter, we enclose a brief list of our regular Customers:

 

CAFFARO GROUP                                                        Ceriano Laghetto (MI)

The most representative equipment we made was a deaerator, manufactured for the factory located in Torviscosa.

That equipment with  capacity of 80 Tonn/h and design pressure of 12 bar, was completely designed and manufactured by CATI S.r.l. in 1995. In the same year, for the factory of the same group located in Ceriano Laghetto we designed and manufactured 2 heat exchanger BEM type with a capacity of 2.500.000 Kcal/h.Those equipments were submitted for approval to  I.S.P.E.S.L. and Quality Survey of SNIA ENGINEERING.

 

SNIA BPD GROUP                                                        Cesano Maderno (MI)

 

For all of the Companies members of SNIA GROUP Cesano Maderno , CATI S.r.l. is the official supplier for maintenance or replacement of equipments to be submitted to I.S.P.E.S.L. approval.

First of all, the most important intervention enabled CATI to built a very good partnership and mutually confidence, year by year.

Basically, that intervention was the replacement of  lower head for 12 depolymerizators.Those heads were constituted by semi sphere  Ø 1800 mm,  12 mm. thickness, made in stainless steel AISI 316, with calendered ring 100 mm. thickness in order to allow fluid circulation inside the jacket.

First intervention started in 1991, following by the others and the whole work was carried out in 1997.

From 1996 to 1997, another significant work carried out was the revamping of overheating plants, form utility sub-station equipments to expansion tanks for the whole SNIA GROUP,

in accordance with I.S.P.E.S.L. specifications.

 

 

DEMAG ITALIMPIANTI - ILVA                                        Genova / Taranto

During 2001, we developed and manufactured the energy regenerator equipments foreseen for ILVA factory located in Taranto.

Mainly, we manufactured 2 deaerators with a capacity of 165 Tonn/h, 6 steam accumulators with a capacity of 90 mc./each and operating pressure of 43 bar, 6 cylindrical vessels  for water/steam mixture transformation in satured steam with a pressure of 40 bar.

 

  

FIAT  AVIO   - ENEL ( Italian Energy Authority )       Torino 

For ENEL Power Plant located in La Spezia, we designed and manufactured the compressed air Cooling System for the turbine blades’ cooling.

The system denominated KETTLE PACKAGE, is essentially constituted by 3 heat exchangers divided as follow: 1 pre-heater designed for the last cooling process, suitable to reduce the temperature to 200 °C ( with a tolerance of  – 5°C ) and in the meantime to preheat the water of the 2 ^nd  heat exchanger.

In the 2^nd heat exchanger, water is transformed into 10.500 KG/h of steam at a pressure of  10 bar, and the air is cooled from 330° to 260°C. Steam produced is passing through 3 ^rd   heat exchanger , overheated up to 260° ( with a tolerance of +10°C ) and the compress air starts the cooling process from the 400° of the beginning to 330°.

Total surface of the 3 heat exchangers is 450 sqm.The whole system was supplied with accessories, solenoid valves, electro-pneumatic control with signal processing and setting into a remote Kettle Package control room.

Engineering was developed in 1998, the first System was delivered in April 1999 ( actually is under commissioning with very positive results ) and the second that is identical to the first one was delivered in September 1999. 

 

FIAT ENGEENERING                                                   Torino

For FIAT group, we developed and manufactured many heat exchangers for several  FIAT factories in Italy.Last complete realization was in 1996.

During this year we supplied a bundle as replacement for a floating head heat exchanger

in a FIAT factory located in Melfi.

 

BABCOCK WANSON ITALY                   Cavenago Brianza (MI)

For  Babcok Wanson,  CATI S.r.l. is accredited supplier for pressurized equipments. In  1998 we manufactured more than 50 equipments under  I.S.P.E.S.L. survey, besides we delivered a tubular boiler with a capacity of 15.000 Kg/h. During 2000, we have been manufactured more than 40 , including a diathermic oil steam generator with a capacity of 12.000 Kg/h at operative pressure of 25 Bar.

 

FOSTER WHEELER                                            Corsico (MI)

We are supplier for pressurized equipments.

We delivered 5 expansion tanks and filters for Power Plant in La Spezia.

 

ASTER INTERNATIONAL                                   Cinisello Balsamo (MI)

In 2000 we manufactured and delivered 8 heat exchangers submitted to  RI.NA approval.

Years ago, CATI S.r.l. made a complete piping system for centralized heating plant in Poland.

 

  

BONO ENERGIA                                                   Peschiera Borromeo (MI)

For this Company, CATI S.r.l. is the official supplier of heat exchanger and diathermic oil evaporators.ln 1998 we manufactured 40 equipments, including a steam generator BKB type with a capacity of 10.000 Kg/h  and operating pressure of 35 Bar.

I.E.M.S.A. IMPIANTI                                               Rome

For this Company, CATI S.r.l.  designed and manufactured all the heat exchangers installed into the centralized heating plant located in Milan, ex Bicocca Zone.Realization of this plant is dated 1997.In 1998, we designed and manufactured all the expansion tanks, deaerators,heat exchangers and stocking tanks for CIRA ( Aerospace Research Center ) plant located in Capua.

Heat exchangers and evaporators supplied for the plant located in  Cormano.

Miscellaneous equipments according to I.S.P.E.S.L. specifications.

Autoclaves, sterilizers and lyophilizers according to IS.P.E.S.L. specifications.Last lyophilizer was delivered in 1997.

 

ETAP                                                                        Mersin - Turkey

For this company involved in food processing CATI S.r.l. designed and manufactured

N° 1 reboiler made in ASI304-316 stainless steel with a contract value of

36.000 €.

 

THAI URETHANE PLASTIC CO.                       Bangkok – Thailand

Heat exchangers , tanks and distillation column with a contract value of 102.000 €.

 

 

KUNSHAN XIEXING SYNTHETIC LEATHER CO.    Kunshan Jiangsu – China

Heat exchangers and tanks with a contract value of 43.700 €.

 

TECNOPROJECT                                                 Curno (BG)   

In cooperation with this company, CATI S.r.l. designed and manufactured a CO2

recovery plant for HEINEKEN breweries in Mexico.
